This is a residence in Lima, Peru conceived by one of the highest functional and technological standards of the time. It was a proposal that wanted to reflect the modern tendency and aims to show extraordinary skill within the construction fields. An 'aerial' design was planned greatly but with modesty, being the first of its kind. Its structure was exposed showing eloquence and honesty, all of which mixes perfectly with their owners' nature. Construction cost: $1,450,000.00
