Club Unión de Panamá had a limited development due to sharing its terrain with the former Paitilla's landing strip. Once the space was cleared, a master plan was designed for the expansion and rehabilitation of the clubhouse's existing facilities. The new buldings are displayed with metallic "airplane fuselage" roofs so visitors can easily notice which sites were redesigned. The existing ones have tiled roofing which were honored along all internal and external renovations. It also features a multipurpose room that holds up to 1,200 people, a parking site for 1,000 cars, gardens, a Spa saloon, 4 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 4 squash courts and further interior improvements.
