In a lot that measures 1,628.31 m2, two streets, and strong vertical topography, we have developed this project which happens to be the second of five consecutive buildings. We planned to find the best viewing angle towards the city so that all the buildings were facing that way, moreover, we made sure to make a lateral shift so that a tower will never be right next to another, this also guarantees a lateral view at all times. Apartments that measure 180.00 m2, two per floor and finishing off with two penthouses two-story each, is the composition established for this project.
