Mangrove areas will be protected and landscaped strengthened, wetlands will become navigable inland seas that allow land to drain easily, and houses have access to private docks. The architecture will be eminently Caribbean with all the modern facilities, the night lighting of the streets will be solar, and electricity will be generated in addition to a dam that at the same time will constitute a reservoir of fresh water to supply the complex without depending on the limited infrastructures of the island.
