Perla del Pacífico Tower is a 36 story building 30 of which are apartment-only. An unusual layout of three apartments per floor allows the tower to be raised with separate volumes emphasizing verticality. The apartments' floor plans are typical, however, the volume is energized with perimeter variations without changing the distribution itself. The front and right side facades are predominantly solid.
