CLAYTON'S FOREST

A closed complex of apartment buildings with abundant recreation area and surrounded by a tropical forest, but at the same time, inserted in a residential sector of the old Clayton military base, are the characteristics that best describe the project. It was treated with special care, ensuring that its reading was friendly to the environment, as well as its scale, which steadily climbs towards the center as it moves away from its perimeter so that its scale becomes more nuanced and subtly adapts to its surroundings. Internally it gives the impression of being a small city with avenues and sidewalks adequately furnished and designed with a good sense of landscape similar to the one that surrounds it.
