Fort Espinar was a former US Army military base on the banks of the Canal. They were reversed in the year 2000 and the Real Estate Company considered it interesting to acquire 20 old barracks on 3 high floors to convert them into horizontal property. The design proposal was to maintain the structure and add an additional slab.
