The Los Andes Shopping Center is an ambitious project of 60,000 salable m2 where it has worked jointly with the promoters who at the same time would be users of the center. This experience has yielded invaluable results where the architectural solution has gone hand in hand with the most demanding commercial requirements put into practice by the same merchants throughout their lives. Commercial architecture is usually very striking, sometimes raucous, because it is believed that attracting attention improves commercial activity. We resort to sobriety but on a large scale, where what we must highlight is the entrance and the sign of the warehouse; the bottom must be simple so that it does not prevail over the showcases.
