Located in Fuerte Espinar is a building with very interesting features and different from the common of the buildings in the reversed areas. The building known as 307, was a 2-storey administrative building with a strategically located basement. The reform of this building is commissioned for the installation of administrative offices and a sales center. The corporate image had to be represented and exalted in the building that it was decided not to alter too much.
