With the particular interest of the owners to make an elegant beach house that reflects the Californian style of blending architecture and landscape, this house with facing the sea is proposed. The design program was so ambitious that the scale had to be subtly managed so that the required 16 bedrooms were laid out in such a way that it did not look like a hotel. Our firm has rarely been involved in projects of little contemporary expression, but this experience in particular has allowed us to walk in unstable lands that are increasingly common in the local market.
