It is a very exclusive residential building that was planned to be built in the Obarrio area. With a symmetrical plan in a transverse direction only, this project proposes to combine small apartments oriented (100.00 m2) towards the street and larger apartments (180.00 m2), facing backwards, where a great view of the banking area is guaranteed over a sector eminently residential. The sector has a height limitation of 26 floors, which is why a deep study of optimization of areas was necessary so that a profitable and harmonious project could be achieved with urban requirements.
