The Master Plan of the new Resort "Bosque Seco" is a balanced proposal of what is sustainable development. There are 115 hectares of winding land that borders a unique reserve of a dry forest where the desert aspect with wild flora and little aesthetics individually creates a very special setting that motivates you to enter it on an adventure plan. Aerial views of this special reserve recall those fictional films on distant planets. Macro-lots are proposed on the ridges of the hills and the golf course would occupy the lower parts that are not attractive to build, but that would give a special value to the view from the new residential buildings.
